Rotary evaporator is mainly used for concentration, crystallization, drying, separation and solvent recovery in pharmaceutical, chemical and biopharmaceutical industries. Its principle is: under vacuum conditions, constant temperature heating makes the rotating bottle rotate at a constant speed, and the materials form a large area film on the bottle wall for efficient evaporation. The solvent steam is cooled by a high-efficiency glass condenser and recycled into a collection bottle, which greatly improves the evaporation efficiency. It is especially used for the concentration and purification of biological products that are easy to decompose and denature at high temperature.
